Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all terms below! ฅ•ﻌ•ฅ
Please read carefully before ordering. My TOS may change anytime, so check back if needed.✧ Digital files only — no physical items will be shipped.
✧ I only work with clients 18+.
✧ I can decline or cancel any commission for any reason.♡ WIP & REVISIONS
✧ WIP stages: Sketch → Lineart → Final.
✧ Major edits only allowed during sketch stage.
✧ During lineart/coloring: up to 2 minor edits (ex: color tweaks, small fixes).
✧ If you request more than 2 edits after sketch stage → +$5 per edit.
✧ Major changes after final = extra fee depending on complexity.♡ USAGE RIGHTS
✧ All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
✧ Personal use includes: PFP, OC art, wallpapers, mood boards, or gifts.
✧ Streaming/Monetized Content use (VTuber, PNGTuber, emotes, alerts, etc.) → x2 price.
✧ Commercial merchandising (merch, promo, resale, etc.) → x2.5 price.
✧ I remain the copyright holder of all artwork.
✧ You must credit me (tag @flanyaa) when posting or using the art.
✧ You may not claim, resell, or use the art for AI/NFT purposes. Legal action may apply if violated.
✧ Unless covered by NDA, I may post the artwork (finished or WIP) for portfolio or promotional use.♡ CHARACTER DESIGN
✧ Credit must always be given to me as the original designer.
✧ You can edit or modify your design as long as my watermark stays visible and it follows this TOS.
✧ You may not resell the design for a higher price unless additional artworks/value are added.
✧ If ownership changes, the new owner inherits the same rights the original buyer purchased.
✧ Commercial usage for designs follows the same rules as above.♡ REFUNDS
✧ Not started → Full refund (minus fees).
✧ WIP started → 50% refund.
✧ Finished → No refund.
✧ If I cancel → Full refund.
✧ Refunds are only possible if the work isn’t completed within the 60-day timeframe.
✧ Any chargeback attempt = permanent blacklist.
Payment
✧ 100% upfront payment is required after approval, unless discussed otherwise.
✧ Payment must be sent within 10 hours after approval, or the request will be canceled.
✧ All prices stated are in USD
✧ Preferred payment method would be through Paypal.
✧ Not started → Full refund
✧ WIP started → 50% refund.
✧ Finished → No refund.
✧ If I cancel → Full refund.
Special Note for NDAs
✧ My NDA will only be valid for 1 year. After that, I am free to display the work as portfolio.
✧ If you want to extend the NDA, there will be an additional fee of +50% of the base price.
