✧ I have the right to decline any commission request.WIP stages: Sketch → Lineart → Final
✧ Major edits allowed during sketch stage.
✧ Minor edits allowed during lineart/coloring.
✧ After final completion, major changes = extra fee.
✧ Includes 2 minor changes total — after that +$5/edit.✧ Personal Use → PFP, OC art, moodboards, gifts.
✧ Streaming/Content Use → Vtuber model / emotes → x2 price.
✧ Commercial Use → Merch, promo → x2.5 price.✧ You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. Credit is required whenever the artwork is used. Tag me: @flanyaa
✧ Unless covered by NDA, I reserve the right to post the unfinished or finished artwork as portfolio material.
✧ Do NOT modify the artwork without permission.
✧ Strictly NO AI / NFT usage. Legal action will be taken if violated.
Payment
✧ Payment: 100% upfront
✧ All prices stated are in USD
✧ Preferred payment method would be through Paypal.
✧ Full payment (upfront) has to be made to secure your slot
✧ Not started → Full refund
✧ WIP started → 50% refund.
✧ Finished → No refund.
✧ If I cancel → Full refund.
Special Note for NDAs
✧ My NDA will only be valid for 1 year. After that, I am free to display the work as portfolio.
✧ If you want to extend the NDA, there will be an additional fee of +50% of the base price.
